Decided to get one for my Taylor and made the direct order. Applied my card details as requested. Got a mail that should be sent last week, but nothing happened. Send them mail again, they replayed that all of them sold, and promised again this week. Is that normal? Do you order them directly?

Do not worry - I've dealt with them a lot. In fact their sales guy is from my hometown and he even set me up with an artist discount.

I've bought a lot from them - they are totally reliable.

If I recall, they outsource some of the wood cutting so their service vendor might be making parts for them.
