-Atkin OM37 w/Adirondack top.

*Must have decent neck angle (plenty saddle height, etc).
*No smoke or cats around guitar/case.

I played an excellent M 36 at Cream City Music Brookfield / Milwaukee. 2019, some fret Ware, but in good shape otherwise. I can sometimes get a 20% discount there on pretty much everything, and I can execute the purchase for you if you would like me to and then ship it. I honestly thought it was one of the better acoustics in the shop.

This isn’t to say that you couldn’t get a good discount if you call them. If this is up your alley, call Andy Gelles there and tell him Chris Campbell sent you. They may give you a pretty decent discount.

It has a Sitka Top. I prefer to try one of these with Adi top. Thx.
