I really like your interpretation of the pyramid bridge with the offset peaks. A small but really cool detail.

Tim, I appreciate you noticed that detail. It isn’t original to me, but my take on the bridge of my Grandfather’s guitar. His looks like this.
I was told by a dealer in historic instruments that it is a feature from the Italian school—that a group of luthiers had emigrated to the U.S. and influenced early guitar building in the 19th century. Slightly different from the German influence, but noticeable.
Thanks again,
Steve

Lovely guitar, gentlemen! The balance and clarity are superb. Steve, I really like your arrangements of the old hymns.

Well, now you have gone and done it...defying the laws of physics, that has to mean trouble somewhere. There is no way a 00 should have that much bass, sustain and tone, it is impossible. There is going to be heck to be paid for this.

Thank you Tom! So we’ve broken some laws, have we? Or at least bent them? My folks didn’t raise me to be a scofflaw, but I’ve never studied physics so maybe I can plead ignorance. (Will that hold up in a court of law?)
We really appreciate your kind remarks, especially the hyperbolic ones!

Ignorance of the law is no excuse. As a sudden officer of the court, I must now confiscate said guitar as uh, "evidence." Yeah, that's the ticket. Evidence!
