Default NUGD Eastman T185MX

So I'm in Titusville, Fl. on a familiy visit/vacation and as usual I do a casual search of local CS, Facebook and guitar shops for interesting guitars. At the Orlando Guitar Center I see this baby on their web site and made the drive. It's now mine.

I've always been curious about these all solid, carved wood hollow body Eastman models. It's a 2010 model, all original with Kent Armstrong pickups, mahogany B/S and maple top. Ebony fretboard, gold hardware and ivoroid binding. I think more recent models have upgraded pups and maple binding. It barely shows any sign of play and the build is pretty much perfect.

The nut is 1 3/4" wide and neck profile is nice and full, maybe too chunky for some but I love it. Armstrong pickups are not my favorite but since I don't gig anymore I'm not concerned with an "upgrade" that I don't really need. This will be a nice partner to my Gretsch G6122T-59. I'll attempt better photos when I get back home but this give you an idea of it's vibe.
