Appraisal: 710 Worth?

I don't consider this a pricing question, but:

I have a 710 that I bought in 1991. It's in EX+++ condition.

I don't want to sell it, but I was just wondering what it might be worth.

I recently sold my 1991 Taylor 712 on Ebay for about $1300. Most bids on the 712's lately have been going for around $1100, though. Given that the x14's and the x12's usually bid a higher, I would say the 710 is worth about $900-$1000. Recently a beat-up 710 sold on Ebay for nearly $900.
