Question Strings to tame Yamaha 12-String's brightness

I have a wonderful Yamaha LL16-12 ARE Original Jumbo 12-String

Solid Engelmann Spruce Top, Solid Rosewood Back and Sides L I N K

I've been through an unjustifiable number of 12-string guitars, but I've kept this Yamaha the longest. If I get rid of it, I should be put in a psych-ward.

Although it's easy on the hands to play, I tune it down to Eb because I prefer how it sounds. When I have friends over and we play one another's guitars, I tune it back up to standard so nobody has to use a capo. However, I wonder if there's a pack of strings that would make the guitar sound deeper and full-bodied even when tuned to E standard. Probably not, but I thought I'd ask anyway. The people at AGF are knowledgeable and friendly.

(The strings on it right now are D'Addario phosphor bronze EJ38. I love them.)

Thomastik-Infeld Plectrums - soft feel, warm tone, beautifully made - expensive
GHS Silk & Bronze - these feel and play like PB strings but with a warmer tone.
D'Addario Silk & Steel - soft feel and warm tone but not as good as Plectrums.

Newtone strings UK also has low tension Heritage 12-string sets - these are great for increasing string gauges without the increase in tension.https://newtonestrings.com/shop/heri...tic-12-string/
