Steve Miller - Seasons
Neil Young - Harvest Moon (the solo version he did on SNL)
I have learned some electric tunes with my band, but the above are two acoustic tunes I worked out over the past two days

The Weary Kind - Ryan Bingham and Patient Love by Passenger. Both really easy finger style arpeggio pieces. As is often the case with the type of songs I gravitate to, getting the vocal phrasing right while keeping the arpeggio in time has been the real challenge. That's the case with most songs worth playing.

I have to play The Weary Kind differently on my Blueridge, to play it like Ryan does and keep in time I need the space of the 1.75" nut on my AC240 it's actually painful on the BG140 with it's smaller nut width. I was about the sell the AC240 and it's the song that made me decide to keep it around.

Dave Van Ronk's version of Green Green Rocky Road. A relatively simple but lovely melody.

Sure they're all easy 3-4 chord songs but these are the songs I just can't stop singing

Anyone got any recommendations for fun songs that aren't just all strumming? I had a blast learning Norwegian Wood by the Beatles and need more songs like it.
There are some great acoustic, solo performances of the Shins songs - thanks for this suggestion.

I am doing them with guitar and vocals.
I'll go on record, I love these songs, had a crush on David Cassidy before I became a huge Osmond fan (still am).

Latest three:

Man of the Hour - Pearl Jam. Heard this on the soundtrack to Big Fish and had to seek it out.
Blackbird - The Beatles. My first attempt at fingerpicking so very much still learning this one. Improving slowly but surely.
Lightening Bolt - Jake Bugg. This afternoon's learn, super easy and fun strumming song, capo on 8 and G, D & C chords to suit my voice. Still need to wrap my brain around the lyrics!
