Thanks Grant. I assume you didn’t receive the guitar’s original Certificate of Authenticity with the instrument? The exact date of completion of the build would be shown on there.

It would probably be worth calling Lowden and speaking to a real, live human being - I’m pretty sure they could give you a fairly close indication of the build year, at least, of your guitar, perhaps even closer than that. In my experience of speaking with them they are friendly and helpful.
