Perhaps it’s an old wives’ tale, but that’s what happens when you stare at a sunburst finish for too long.

Either that, or instead of a sunburst finish, it has a sunspot finish.

That kind of thinner top and light finish probably makes for a responsive guitar. However, I wonder if it'd hold up if I use medium strings?
