Adding sound clips

Hey! Just got back from the Montreal Guitar Show and it was fantastic! As things were a bit harry and the lack of sleep before leaving to go to the show, I promised to put up some sound clips of the OOO Bastogne Walnut/Tunnel 13 Redwood and the SJ Mahogany/Cedar guitars that were built and finished in the custom shop build threads. Well I have them but I don't have any Idea on how to put them up. I have Wav files and also the standard files.
If anyone can give some advice I would appreciate it very much.
