Default Keith Urban Concert!

Just got home from a Keith Urban Concert here in St. Louis. WOW! I don't know if you like new country, old country, or don't like country at all, this guy puts on a heck of a show and is worth seeing. He can play guitar! Played his Maton a lot. Does anyone know what model he plays? Sure makes it sound good!

My wife thinks he's about the sexiest thing to come along in awhile. So did a few thousand more women who were there tonight.

Katrina Elam opened for him and not only is a very fine singer, but very easy on the eyes as well!

All in all, a great concert!

My 5-year-old daughter is in love with Keith Urban. She knows all the words to the songs, etc. She even calls my Telecaster "the Keith Urban guitar."

I don't care much for his recorded music but his live shows seem to rock!

Keith Urban and Brad Paisley are amazing guitarist. It is good to see this kind of "talent" in country music!

Yeah, I found it. It's a custom ECJ85. I also like the looks of the EAJ85 which is blackwood. Keith's looked like koa more than maple which the ECJ is. I know that koa and blackwood resemble each other. His also doesn't have the big blocks on the fretboard.

I would love to play one. Is there any dealers close to the St. Louis area?

A good friend of mine got backstage passes for this show last night. The production manager (Mark Miles) is a friend of ours, originally from Herrin, IL, and set him up with the tickets and passes. The bass player, Mark Hill, is form southern Illinois as well. I did some recording for Mark Miles a few years back, and sold Mark Hill a keyboard in the early 90's. My name is also Mark.....
I am not a big country fan, but Keith is very cool. He writes, sings, and plays, which I think is awesome. My buddy said it wasn't as much a country show as it was a rock and roll concert. Oh, he said Chris Rodriguez was his other guitar player.
