Sitka paired with koa

Hi folks, I noticed an interesting custom Martin online that had a vts Sitka top with figured koa back and sides. No sound clip available but a beautiful looking guitar. Any folks owned or played a Martin dread with koa back and sides, and if so what were your impressions? Thanks!!

I played a Martin D-45 with KOA back and sides and it was a cannon with a warm and deep tone. Loved it. I have played other builder guitars with this pairing and they too were outstanding.
