Hi crumiel, and welcome to the AGF! If memory serves me correctly (hey, it happens) the D25M is an all-mahogany dred. From the serial # you gave, that one was made in 1982. Guilds are generally pretty well-built and good sounding guitars. Can't give you a price due to forum rules.
