Bounsall spruce and mahogany baritone
Here’s my recently completed baritone dreadnought. Top is Sitka spruce. Body is African mahogany with unique multicoloured figure. Honduran mahogany neck. Scale length is 27” with 13th fret neck/body joint. Lovely tone. Strong fundamentals, tight controlled bottom end, good balance across the strings and plenty of sustain. Details, more pics, etc at http://www.bounsallguitarworks.com/m...ne-dreadnought. Priced at $3500.
Many thanks to Don Bray for playing and recording the video. Tuning is the baritone equivalent of drop D - ie. drop A. Enjoy! IMG_4938.jpg IMG_4941.jpg IMG_4948.jpg IMG_4958.jpg IMG_4957.jpg IMG_4949.jpg IMG_4964.jpg |

Surprised that nobody has any comments…good, bad, or otherwise. Not quite sure how to interpret that. Oh well.

Well, it looks and sounds very nice! The body looks huge, what are the measures?

Agree, what a beefy voice! Also nice to hear someone who knows how to navigate a baritone.
