2016 Beneteau OOO-12 fret for sale or trade. Made by the talented Canadian luthier Marc Beneteau, this 000-12 fret instrument provides rich warm tones, and the K&K UltraPure preamp takes that tone and amplifies it beautifully. The finish on the neck is so smooth that your hand just glides while playing! This one comes with a 1 13/16” neck width, and is on the thinner side (standard/typical for a Beneteau). SPECS Top: Sitka Spruce B/S: Mahogany Finish: Aged Natural Gloss. Nut width: 1 13/16" Saddle String Spacing: 2 1/4” Scale: 25.5” Tuners: Gotoh 510, 1:18 ratio Pickup: K&K UltraPure preamp Case: Original (made in Canada), well built and light weight Ordered today this guitar would start at $7000 and take 24-30 months to complete! Sale price: $OLD Condition – I would conservatively call this a good to very good condition instrument. The frets have some limited wear on the first couple of frets on the treble side, but lots of life left. A few indents and scratches on the top that can be seen on close inspection. There is some swirling on the back of the headstock from headstock tuner movement. There are a few areas where the thin finish has a small scratch/crack at a binding interface that is 1-2” in length (again, have to look very closely), as well as a small finish crack 1.5” long on the back seam if you look really close (just in the finish). Tried to show in photos at the end. Really a brilliantly built and well appointed instrument that is ready to be played!
