Default New Neve gear

This can't be beat for low end warmth and some sparkle up top.
Update: Some reviews I'm reading complain of smearing, so this might not be Neve's best release.

But the bottom end is outstanding.

You can lean into it pretty hard before it gets gritty.

We laugh now, but remember 4 years ago, the Neves would have traded just about even money! Depending on which room of the house the deal was made!

Yep, greedy people would buy up all the Neves AND MOST OF THEM DIDN'T EVEN HAVE STUDIOS! It was truly a dark time for the audio industry.

I have a Mac Studio Ultra with 128gb of ram but I can't find a benchmark number for corn.

Ya just have to wing it, I suggest in this one instance better to overkill and not have a lot of detail have it highly rendered and very blended

Default MY OLD NEVE!!!!!

My old NEVE...( Peavey Mark III) is probably WORTHLESS...ha ha...I will find out soon. I will put it up for Ebay Local pick up $95!!!!! no kidding. Just want to get this old Neve( peavey monster out of the house...around 2 by 4 feet!

I will be amazed if anybody wants it. I give it a week(or two or three) and then it goes to the electronic dump.

Actually...this beast had a lot of interesting features. Pre & Post sends. Even pan/mi for the pre & post sends.
Look how many EQ knobs it has. Just tested it and NOISE city...but works.

it has just been sitting in my house since early 1980's. It will be a miracle if anybody wants it.
