Johnson MF-100 VS. Savannah SF-120-E Lafayette F-Model Acoustic E

I own the Johnson MF-100--have a chance to get my hands on a Savannah SF-120-E lafayette F model acoustic E from a friend. Will i notice much difference in tone, playability, neck, etc, etc in the Savannah?? i know this one is electric with T & V but apart from that would i be getting a little more decent instrument??
