Default NGD: Kopp Jumbo

I had no intention of buying this guitar but I'm glad I did. I went to The Music Emporium to check out an OM1JL and this caught my eye. I have always played OM's or smaller guitars so the Jumbo is a nice change. Great volume and clarity on this thing! Also, just incredibly well built. I wasn't all that familiar with Kevin's work prior to buying this. Consider me a fan now.

I also don't know how to insert a photo apparently.

Nice score! I haven’t put hands on a Kopp yet, but all his slope dreads sound great in videos I’ve seen.

I have one coming next year- nice to get my “fix” from the forums!

Kevin builds beautiful guitars, and yours is no exception. The four or five Kopps I have played, including an AJ, are some of the best new or vintage guitars I have ever played. You are very fortunate!

Wow, beautiful! I've yet to play a Kopp, but have heard nothing but great things about his builds. I'm also a big fan of the Gibson AJ, so I've watched these from afar for many years.

Congrats. I bought one of these on the forum last week. Adirondack over Madagascar.

It needs some set up work, but man, what a tone!

I have a Kopp LO2, it’s a superb guitar matching others way more expensive. Kevin deserves far greater recognition.

Enjoy the guitar it looks great.

Congrats - what a beautiful guitar !
I love my Kopp K-35 - it's still there while my 1939 J-35, 1943 Banner J-45 hog top, 1948 J-50 are long gone.

Enjoy this beauty !
