Default Cleartone strings

I had a set of Cleartone string hanging around for a while and decided to put them on my Gibson J-50. I was pleasantly surprised how much I like them. I tried them once before on another guitar and did not like at all.
The question I have is are they PBs or 80/20s? I cannot find any specfic info on their web site. Just curios!

I don't have an answer to your question. I too used a few sets and found them really nice. However, the price tag about killed me.

The Cleartone strings are an 80/20 alloy, and, yes, they'll sound better on some guitars than on others. Typically I like them best on (surprise!) guitars that sound best with 80/20's. Guitars that sound best with phosphor bronze strings will sound better with the Elixir phosphor bronze Nanowebs, if a coated string is what you need. (I still prefer uncoated strings for their overall tonal qualities.)
