Default Slightly used Takamine

Wife sent me some pics of one of the guitars at her work. This thing is still making music everyday.

I don't have a lot of info on it. Just thought you guys would like to see a real relic guitar. Lol
I don't know how old it is or what model I'll try to get the info from my wife. I don't think it's to old.

Looks like Glen Hansard has been playing it.
He has a thing for Taks.

p.s. Pick guard would have prevented all this.

Look at the freakin' office. I wouldn't expect much more. Looks like a perfect "beater".

Your not serious are you?? I know you are just joking around. I dont believe any amount of strumming, no matter how hard can do this. Just the result of a belt sander and about ten minutes time.

He's a professional musician, great singer/songwriter.
I can see how this could happen from years of continuous use.
I don't know if he still uses it anymore.

The guitar is at a rehab facility. Gets passed around by a lot of different players daily.

The finish missing on the back of the neck is not simply the effects of playing wear: somebody deliberately scraped some of it off. It might have been the same genius who carved the crude "Z" into the wood, or other people who decided to alleviate boredom that way.

It's a shame, but it's essentially the same behavior as schoolchildren carving on their desks.
