Default Anyone here got a Doolin OM?

I just love the way those things look, and the idea of having all the frets clear is just awesome, in my opinion. But I'm just wondering one thing - how do they handle hard strumming? I can't imagine an OM with a big chunk taken out of it handling strumming as well as or better than a regular non-cutaway OM, but maybe Mike's worked out some sort of voodoo magic that I'm not aware of.

Any input is appreciated. I'm not thinking of buying one (yet) - I'm too broke for a $6000 guitar. But I really do wonder about how those OM's would handle a really heavy hand.
