You could check out reviews of the specific guitars that have it, I have seen them. I have an AC1M, which does not have the SRT, but look for reviews of the AC3M or AC3R, and you'll find lots of discussion of the SRT.

Hi Andrew I also have a Yamaha AC3M and I like the pickup.

No pickups really sound as good as a microphone though, they are just more convenient.

Thanks Paul I trying to get some more feedback on this as it is on one of the guitars that I want to buy. I am stuck between this preamp and the taylor expression 2 system.
