Any AB-2 owners?

I was wondering if anybody here owns a Taylor acoustic, and has any neck problems. The truss rod on mine vibrates when the note "C" on the 8th fret of the E string is played. It's actually on it's way back to the factory to get repaired. Was also wondering what the ideal string action should be. Mine is 1/4 " off the 12th fret. Seems like it should be lower. Thanks!
