Default acoustic tremolo buzz

I mounted a bigsby type tremolo on a acoustic cutaway guitar, also added a LP type roller bridge and locking tuners. Plays great until I use the tremolo...then it buzzez like crazy.

Tried beefing up the bridge to minimize vibration, eventually super gluing the rollers but to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated.

Could it be that using the tremelo reduces the tension of the strings enough to allow the neck to bend back a little?

I tried to check it out... too hard to tell, but the strings did not make any contact with the frets. Thanks for the input.
