taylor 355 for fingerstyle
is it a good model for fingerstyle playing?if not which one is more suitable?

Well, the 355 is a 12-string, so some folks shy away from much finger-pickin' on it. Not me, nor Leo Kottke, though.
If you are looking for a 12-string to finger pick, a 355 will do you just fine. Some folks are enthused with the new X54s which have a smaller body but still have 12 strings. If you by chance are looking for a 6 string for fingerpickin', many folks recommend the X14s, especially the 514 and the 714. Yoda

I have a 355 listed (with pictures) in the "General Market Place" section if you decide to pick one up. By the way...I don't think that you can go wrong with any one of Taylor 12 strings. They are great instruments.
