Thanks guys. This one is an X braced version with a truss rod. I haven't had the chance to try any other variations but I'd be surprised if they're not superb.

The neck is a decent size and unmistakably V-shaped, but it's ergonomic and comfortable to play. I have only played a handful of olde tyme Gibsons and Kalamazoos with a comparable size and shape, but they all had similar necks with a bit more shoulder than this Waterloo.
