Default Fishman customer service?

I have a Platinum Pro D.I. that I bought used on this site, several years ago. It was in like new condition and the price was fair. It cuts out on me sometimes and after a long time of trying to narrow down the source of the problem, I have determined that it is internal. I would like to find out if Fishman would repair it for a fee. Has anyone had any luck with this sort of thing?

Honestly, just contact them. Fishman customer service is awesome and will get back to you within a day or two. Every situation is unique so you won't really know until you chat with someone at Fishman.

I echo this sentiment. I had a problem with the bluetooth on a new Loudbox. Shipped me a new one immediately. Great company. Great products.

Call them!

I have had nothing but exemplary interactions with Baggs customer service and tech help...they really do seem to go "the extra mile" with their customers.

Thanks. I emailed customer service and explained the situation . They got right back to me and sent me a return request form to fill out and return. They okayed it and all I have to do is pack it and return it.
