Default Symptoms of a not-dead-flat-bottom saddle.

I'm wondering, what are the usual characteristics one hears (or what characteristics are lost) when their saddle is not-dead-flat on the bottom?

Some strings will likely be louder than others. You also might get a strange vibration that can't be pinpointed to anywhere.
