It’s a limited run ‘79 Wiessenhiemer.
Built by Friedrich “Slips” Weissenhiemer, formerly of the Flying Weissenhiemer family high wire act out of Duluth. Friedrich lefty the family business after an unfortunate accident high above the main business district of Duluth thereby earning him the nickname “Slips”. His guitars are very, very rare and, ironically, work well in drop tunings…
