American Guitar builders and Luthier tour
Hey everyone,
Has anybody ever created or have done a American/Canada Guitar Builders and Luthiers tour/ Road trip/ bus tour? if you have, tell me about it if you are interested, I would love to plan one.

Luthiers tour
You'd have to cover an awful lot of geography!

Yes - much easier to just attend 3 or 4 of the major shows during the year where they are all together!

That is a good idea but which shows like this are open to the public?
I think it could be done if you visit some studios and some venue tours and hopefully catch some artist on tour as well. I still think it might be a really fun!

Its a great idea but I think it would be reserved for retired guitar geek bucket listers.
I live on the road about 40 weeks a year so I have had a lot of opportunity to tour but even then I have only seen: Martin (PA) Taylor (San Diego) Santa Cruz (Santa Cruz) Collings (Austin) As you can see geographically these tours could literally not be further apart in the U.S. I feel lucky I have had the opportunity to do this but it would be a very expensive bus trip for sure. |
