Thoughts on Rockbridge guitars?

They're fantastic!! I've had the pleasure of playing around ten different models, varying in sizes and woods. They are consistent. If you've played one then you can get an idea of the core tone they produce.
The tone is very balanced, clear, good bass, but mids and highs that are present. Great note separation. I can go on and on. The guys are great that build them. Very helpful, patient, skilled luthiers. If you have more questions, just ask.

I owned a slope shouldered Rockbridge for a couple years . They are excellent powerhouse guitars. Built with very refined craftsmanship. Dynamic , responsive and explosive tone . Very high regard and respect for Rockbridge

Jim Hurst makes a living with two I believe. I had him as an instructor at Kaufman Kamp last year and he had one of them there. Great sounding guitar. They would be on my short list of manufacturers if I were looking for one today.

That guy that's playing with Dave Mathews is playing a D-35, and boy does that slide sound sweet on that !!! I haven't tried slide on the D-35 but I will now !!!
