12 fret small body options

Looking for used parlor - O size 12 fret body acoustic that will not break my bank.
Will play fingerstyle mainly. Thinking along Estman P10 or P20 lines. Are there any other brands I should consider?

Blueridge BR-341/361/371 is another Chinese value option for small 12 fret parlor. The 371 I have is modeled after a prewar Martin 00-42 so runs a little larger than a true parlor. Neck is chunky with a wide 1&7/8” nut. Very loud for a small guitar….way louder than my 0-15M.

I saw a used Larrivee Rosewood Parlor online w/hardshell case for $1,200. I paid $500 for a new maple parlor in 2004 which is a keeper.

+1 for a Larrivee parlor. Every one I have played with stunning and much louder and more complex than I had expected.

Seagull makes a parlor model. The ones I’ve played have sounded quite good.

Have had a series of nice parlor guitars over the years and have always been partial to smaller guitars. Started with a Seagull Folk when I first started taking lessons about 13-14 years ago. Liked it plenty. However, I had the opportunity to trade it in a deal for a Larrivee parlor with maple back and sides. I loved that Larrivee. It was more comfortable for me and I thought it had a great sound. I was particularly fond of the maple. Had a pickup in it and it sounded really nice plugged in too. Had it for a number of years and would still have it except I found an opportunity to include it in a transaction the brought me a Santa Cruz PJ. That was a unique opportunity that couldn’t be ignored. Sort of wished I just bought the PJ and kept the Larrivee, but it didn’t seem like the right thing to do at the time (and wasn’t). The PJ is very special, and an heirloom. Short of it is that playing a Seagull to see how it suits is certainly worth doing. If there is. Larrivee parlor in your price range, I recommend very strong consideration be given. Also like the Eastmans I have played in shops. Parlors are a lot of fun. Best of luck in the search.

I had one of the more recent spruce/cherry versions and it was a nice sounding, great playing guitar. Also from the Godin family, there the Art and Lutherie Roadhouse and the older discontinued Ami parlor. Those are 12 fret while the Seagull parlors are 14 fret.
