Since 8/25/2015, so 4 months, that is about my usual time when those bubbles start to roll around in my tummy! But I think I have found a cure for that and that is my D-18 E Retro and my Gpcpa4-Nat, they have satisfied my pallet for acoustic vibes. I now have E-GAS/Mod, (Electric guitar acquisition/mod). I am wanting a Strat sound but do not want a Strat, so I am modding my Tele with a middle RW/RP pickup and a 5 way switch. So I got it bad I'm hot for Tele!

When I first read this I honestly thought I'd gone for the whole of 2015 without buying a guitar. Then I remembered September.

I want a beautiful sounding tool, don't mind waiting anymore. Skills-knowledge are so much more addictive to acquire imho.
So a suggestion to anyone interested :find the best teacher you can . For the ones who have the skills, knowledge and money: just make beautiful music.
Yes, i believe there's a lot of wisdom in these words.. thanks!

OK - so maybe it's bad form to discuss the merits of various single malt scotches at an AA meeting, but...

What can you report on the new Fender acoustic amps? And how did you choose the SFX over the Pro?

I bought my Tanglewood 2 or 3 months ago and am GAS-free now and expect to be so for a long time. I promised my better half that I would not buy another guitar unless I sold one and I like all three of mine a lot.

About 6 months now. I bought a Guild archtop this summer. For now, my guitar accumulation is complete.

Being "Gas Free", as far as i can understand, means being focused on learning new things on the guitar and trying to play the music you like rather than obsess over the instrument itself or believing that the "next" guitar will make you (or me) a better player.

For about a year ... since I purchased a very fine, original 1942 Martin 000-21 that sings like the angels. Now, its G.R.S. .. as I'm relinquishing 3 guitars.
