I was going to suggest that, but he goes back and forth between G and G7. Does that count as one chord?

"Bolero" by Maurice Ravel. Not exactly a song...

"Crash" Dave Matthews comes close.

Smokestack Lightnin'

Hubert Sumlin does it best but any decent guitar player can sound cool playing that lick...

Good one. If you haven't seen it, check out this great Howlin' Wolf clip:

Shack That Thing - Papa Jackson. Miss. John Hurt's version is in the Key of G - using only the G chord for the entire 12 bar blues song. The lyrics are totally choice;

SHAKE THAT THING (Key of G)

(G throughout)
I bought my babe a big diamond ring
Came right back home, caught her shakin’ that thing

Baby shake that thing
Won’t you shake that thing
I’m getting’ sink and tired of telling’ you to shake that thing

One two three four five six
Baby don’t you leave me in this fix
Won’t you shake that thing
Baby shake that thing
I’m getting’ sink and tired of telling’ you to shake that thing

Well I got something’ called a wobbly whip
I got that elegant movement in my hip
Baby shake that thing
Won’t you shake that thing
I’m getting’ sick and tired of telling’ you to shake that thing

Best, Eric -

Ummmm--not really. There's a progression off one chord, but there are clearly changes.

I've seen some other versions but never that one. Thanks!

Good thing the Wolf didn't pay old Hubert by the note instead of by the week, poor fellow would have starved to death. But he sure knows how to make every note count.

Why don't you let that po' boy ride...

That one came to mind for me.... Most of the rest lack much spirit.
