Default waterloo wl-14 xbraced strings

i have had my wl-14 x braced with truss rod for 5 days. to say ive bonded with this little beast is a understatement. my appreciation for bill collings has grown even more this last week. i am a flatpicker and i have a ton of medium strings i know they reccomend lights. but will there be any major issues running mediums. i may also try running some hybrid sets. thanks to all.

Personally I wouldn't given the very light build of Waterloos, I think the folks at Collings know what they are doing when they suggest light gauge.
