Saw this. Not a bad deal but you can regularly get them on reverb for about the same price.
Martin changed the naming convention on these guitars. The DCPRG is now called the DC 13-e. So I guess the dealers are liquidating the old named models.

Also, this one comes with a hard shell case and the new ones come with gig bag. I'd say it's a really good deal on a really good guitar.
I've had a GPCRSG for almost 2 years and I still love it. One thing, if anyone orders it, also get a set of the $2.50 80/20 Musicians Gear strings from MF. I just tried them a week ago and they just bring the rock & roll out of my guitar! |

Right. They switched from hard case to gig bag but also dropped the price.
Only negative is the pickup system sounds pretty bad in every demo video I have seen. Hopefully the new models with the new system sound better. Quote:

Having not yet seen one in person, are the Road Series D's for instance, the same width as a normal Dread? Looking at the D-13E pics on Sweetwater, and it looks a little skinny at the lower bout.

Road Series dreads are the same size as all the other Martin dreads.

All the DC Road Series are full size dreads
