I heard it was a great all-around. I fingerpick and strum for church. And I'm learning to flatpick. And I LOVE the nut width!

I was shopping used...but got an offer I couldn't refuse for a new one!!

Congrats!! I got one in Nov and loved it so much I got an SD60 a couple months later. Now, I rarely even want to play my other guitars. The 50 is really amazing. Huge tone that sounds like it's coming off a record. Bass is big but not muddy. I've never played a guitar that had such a perfect combo of clarity and warmth. A true gem.
