Original flatpicked reel with accompaniment.

Here’s a relaxed reel I wrote for my brother in honour of his new banjo (the clue is in the name). It is AABB structure. Just one turn of it. You'll be glad to hear I played it on guitars.

I recorded the backing first, then the melody. Straight to GarageBand on a ipad, no external mic. A little comp and reverb. Playing my McNally Dread here both parts.
