Default Anyone Remember LYS Acoustics?

I had a new Lys dread years ago I eventually traded for something else. A few things I recall about it was that it was light as a feather with a thin blonde wood B&S's that sunlight seemed to be able to shine thru when playing it outside. Second thing I recall is the sound was ALL treble. What drew me to it was the beautiful appearance and the fact that I only had to spend a day hand lettering windows of a music store to get it in trade. I heard the Lys company became another company still around and respected. I've often wondered how those guitars, light as they were, held up structurally over the years?
