Trading for a Takamine P7DC

I have an opportunity to trade an unused piece of equipment that I don't have much money in for a Takamine P7DC that I haven't played or even seen. This isn't a guitar that I'd really consider under normal circumstances, but I don't have any money to speak of tied up in this machine, and the guitar is definitely easier to store. The instrument is coming from a Tak dealer, and it's a new instrument. I don't care for the cutaway and I'm not into the electronics. So, I'm thinking about trading or selling it. I already have too many instruments laying around that I need to thin out.

I know what the guitar retails for, but in reality what would this guitar be worth? Are there many folks that would want or need a guitar like this?
