Default New pickguard day

I wasn’t a fan of the original guard. Cheap, thin, no bevel. I opted to go with a firestripe guard. The guitar is a Washburn RSG-200.

Looks good. Nice sunburst on that Washburn.

Very nice! Where did you purchase it, or, was it made by you?

This is where I purchased. It was a coin toss because I wasn’t sure what I would get. I have a thing about paying more than $20 for a PG. I just can’t bring myself to do it. It took about 3 weeks to arrive.

The guard is tinted orange in the light parts but is transparent. The burst shows through. I couldn't tell when ordering but that's what I wanted. I'd be tempted to get one for my J-45 if I didn't already have a nice Tor-tis guard on there.
