Depends on what they sould like acoustic. I would take the better acoustic guitar and worry about the electronics subsequently.

Can't say about the newer 214ce, but I had an older 210e with the ES-T that quacked more than Daffy and simply could not be played at any volume other than 2 for fear of ear-splitting feedback. Also had a 414ce for about six months. Ah, let's just say we never bonded.
I can give you some insight on the CPX1200, however. I have the original, not the II model, and I do not know the difference between the two. I have the black one. Physically, fit and finish is exceeded by no one. Visually, my Black Beauty is a stunning piece of artwork. The combination of the SRT and the 1200 is quite simply amazing. Amped by my little Acoustasonic or the old 300w Peavey PA, the sound is full, rich, deep, and clear at any volume. Sustain is forever and the only feed back I've experienced occurred when the sound hole 'somehow' walked a foot or two directly in front of one of my 12" PA speakers. Otherwise, it just doesn't. And it just doesn't quack, either. Never has, never will. You can't _make_ it quack. This guitar has meat; I love the amped low end on this jumbo. It's got balls for blues but gets equally soft for squishy love songs. Sounds absolutely great plugged into a Fishtick. Haven't had the chance to try a Bose. Acoustically the guitar has great projection. Again, because its a jumbo, it has a smokey deeper tone. It has resonance that you can feel. If you like a brighter ting-tangy sound this is not the box for you (try the A3R or an L series dreadnought). Still, precise clear tone is found all over the fretboard. I admit I may be a bit biased. I have been playing Yammys for over 40 years. But if you are looking for a live performance box, you would not be disappointed choosing the CPX1200.
