Your link was to a web page. I went digging for the image (.jpg) file.

Y'know, I've never done this with clothes (or shoes, or purses, for that matter)!
To my shame, however, I've done it -- successfully -- with the occasional guitar (and, well, OK ... the occasional ukulele, as well). All of them are "out" now.

I've managed to pull it off with a couple of guitars and an amp or two.

Hahaha! I actually did just that with a Taylor I recently picked up at GC! Not the trunk though, just left it in the back seat until the missus went to bed...

You can do it with electrics. Just sneak it in one piece at a time! Never tried it with guitars but works well with bicycles.

As I consider my wife to be my soul mate and partner, I've rather eschewed the whole "under the radar" idea and rather try to bring her onboard when I get enthused about something. It's a good check on my impulses when she doesn't come along for the ride.

Wow, the OP was intended to be humorous - we (I?) sure threw a blanket on that! |

Back more to the tongue in cheek spirit of the OP then I guess when I finally made inside, that would be "coming out of the trunk"
