Default Will Taylor be Changing their Other Series Soon?

I have been wanting a new Taylor for a while, but have held off due to some of the recent changes they have made to the 600, 800, and 900 series. Any chance we'll see something new with the 500, 700, and koa series soon? As in this year? Any prototypes out there?

The official answer: Here at Taylor guitars we are always striving to improve... If the 500/700/Koa series are what your ears like now, you should buy it them, as they will only improve with age, what we did with the 600 and 800 series was something to differentiate them from the other series, but these changes will not necessarily be made to the other models as we try different things, blah blah blah... (Basically what they said about the ES2.)

The straightforward answer: Yes.

Even if they don't make structural changes they'll probably use the 'protein' glue for all the models
