Martin D-35 again.

Well,I just put light strings on my D-35,and I think I'm going to like it. Thanks for all the advice when I asked about doing it.

I did not lose any volume that i can tell,and i think it sounds better than it did. I'll know more once the strings settle down.

Enjoy that guitar, Bill. There are a whole lifetime of strings to try out there, so you are just getting started!

Can you believe I've basically used the same brand almost exclusively for the 39 years I've had it? I remember changing once or twice,but going right back to Marquis....hardheaded? nah,not me....

39 years! So, is that a 1975 D-35? Cool... That has had lots of time to age and sound its best. Mine is from 1967. Time sure does fly...
