Sorry but I don't understand your thread.
Are you:
1. Looking for a free 12-string guitar?
2. Bought a 12-string guitar?
3. Saw a 12-string in a store window?
4. Saw a store selling androids?
5. Need a free 12-string tuner (machine head)?
6. Need a free 12-string tuner (battery type)?

I think he justs wants a tuning app.

Any tuning app works for 12 strings. I use Pitchlab.

As I said, any tuner works. Do you already have a tuner?

Like they said, any tuner will work. An E is an E and an A is an A and a D....well you get the picture.
Good luck and have fun!
P.S. You'll spend half of your time tuning and the other half playing out of tune. ;-)

The main trick is to dampen one of each pair of strings as you tune the other, just like you would dampen other strings when tuning a six string to avoid interference. Once one string from each course is in tune, you can either dampen the other and use your tuner / app, or simply match them by ear until the "beat frequencies" disappear.

A twelve string has twice as many strings, but is at least three times as hard to tune.

As stated, any tuner app will work.

The first four strings are two octaves of the same note - E A D G

The fifth and sixth string are both the same note and octave - B E (When in tune they will sound exactly the same)

12 strings are a lot of fun. There are lots of free apps that you can download. Note that these tuners don't do well if there is any other sound for the phone to pick up, you need a quiet environment while tuning.

in addition to the advice above to mute one of each of the pair and only tune one at a time, I'll toss in a this tip: tune the lower (toward the ground) string with an up stroke of your pick or fingernail and tune its counterpart with a down stroke. It makes it easier to get just the one string. Always tune up to pitch.

Enjoy your twelve string!
