Default !!! New Taylor 810 CE Sunburst !!!

With two small kids it's hard for me to justify new toys very often, but after many years without a new guitar and an unexpected bonus from a referral, I pulled the trigger and bought a 2011 810 CE Sunburst Dred with no cutaway (last of it's kind unless you go BTO) that was listed on this very forum from Mr. Matt McGriff.

Matt was great to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone. Guitar arrived just as advertised and was well-packed.

I have only had a day to play with it, but I am astounded at how loud the 810 is vs. my 2003 714 LTD. Harder to bend in the upper register with medium strings, but cowboy chords strummed hard are bringing nothing but smiles! Nothing like a new guitar to may you play more. I just wanted to share the joy that most of you have experienced at some point in your musical life!

David

Congrats! Saw it in the classifieds, sure is a pretty guitar!

Wouldn't mind seeing it again though!
