He shipped my 312 as soon as he got it from Taylor. He gets them out pretty quick.

When I was waiting for my W65 he said he generally gets his shipments from Taylor via Fedex at 2:00pm and by 4:00pm that same day he ships with UPS.

Ordered mine on Friday 3/30 (guitar is in stock), and he said it should be to me in 3 business days (Minnesota to Oklahoma).

If it's in stock you'll have it before you know it. I'm in Michigan and it took 2 days. He's a great guy to deal with.

Default My GA4

My wife surpised me with a GA4. She ordered from Jim before March 4 and it just got here on March 27. This was not Jim's fault since they had to build the thing. They were back ordered. He ships them out as soon as he gets them I think, but if Taylor has to build it then it will probably slow down the process.

It probably took longer because it was a non-ce. I think the ce's are a lot more popluar and shops tend to keep them in stock.

If you add the time it takes the mail order to get from you to MN and the time it takes UPS to get from MN to you, that's about how long it will take to get your guitar. Jim ships very promptly - same day as far as I can tell. Wednesday I got a call saying my wife's new custom GC was in, he checked that we were in agreement as to what he was charging my credit card, and the guitar was here Friday (MN to central Illinois).

Take deep breaths and try to relax

Mike

FWIW, my wife walked into the room this morning and told me there was an e-mail from Guitarrodeo stating that there was a mistake, and my guitar wouldn't be shipped for two weeks. Too bad for her I knew it was April Fools Day today, and that Jim already told me he had it in stock and would ship it that afternoon.

GSMC - that sound just hooked me from the start. I went the stock route this time; I don't have the skills to justify a custom yet, and the stocker should do me just fine. He had one 2006 left, and then he'll be into the 2007 GS5s. I can't wait to get my hands on it. Now I'll have to look into lessons to help my limited ability.

And should I admit this? I won't get it for another couple of days, and I can feel a slight bubbling of GAS - nothing major, but the seeds of it are just beginning to fester. It feels like it could be a bout of 12 string GAS coming on in the future. God help me.

Fortunately, it doesn't take SKILL to order one . . just money. Otherwise, I'd be playing an Estaban.
