Check that the pickup wiring isn't sympathetically vibrating against the guitar body inside. In fact check everything for tightness; tuner screws, nuts, endpin jack nut and washer. Strange noisy often originate somewhere else.

i think it comes from the saddle. But im not sure. somewhere there

Open string only = probably the nut slot (think horses, not zebras). If not then take a look at Frank Ford's frets.com and his section on various causes of noises.
