Default Great Show of 2 Generations

Even though we are 70 miles away my wife and I try to catch a lot of shows at Cafe Lena's in Saratoga Springs NY, one of the oldest clubs (1960's) in the USA.
WE saw Magic Dick from the J Geils Band and Shun Ng. Just Awesome!

Default Lena's

We are a mere 50 miles away and get there whenever it's not racing season and there is someone I want to see. Lena was a friend and her coffeehouse is the longest-running one in the US.

Default Lena's

I am having trouble adapting to the new look. It is sleek and no longer funky. I think it no longer has the same vibe - and I haven't been in it often enough to feel fully comfortable there. However, I am capable of change and am glad to see the space where the kitchen stood now available for seating.

And the theater is gone, not that it had seen a play in the last 30 years. But it made a neat green room when there were too many of us playing to fit in the usual one.
